Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping on all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within 5–9 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, and customs processing.


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

FlowLab is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Delays and Lost Packages

FlowLab is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at osada_sora@outlook.com and we will do our best to assist you.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at osada_sora@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
